Stay Active & Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance and fitness program. This class is designed to reduce the risk of falling by teaching participants how to perform exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness. This class can accommodate mobility difficulty as exercises can be done seated or standing.
Audience: Adults with a fear or history of falling.

- 24 sessions, 2-3 times per week

- Requires 2-day training
- Leaders must teach 1 class per year to maintain certification in the program
