Tai Ji Quan helps older adults improve their balance and reduce the likelihood of falling. Participants learn balance skills, good body alignment, and coordinated Tai Ji movements. Tai Ji Quan is good for all ability levels, as it can be done standing or seated.

- 24 sessions, 3 classes per week for 8 weeks

- Requires 2-day training
- Leader must teach 1 class per year to maintain program certification

- Participants who prefer to practice seated: a sturdy chair with no wheels or arms
